Visitors were able to experience the X5® in action, a highly automated, made-to-measure packaging solution in a complete process setup. It efficiently supports the intralogistics of eCommerce fulfillment in particular, while improving productivity and sustainability, significantly. However, the exhibited process shown could also support manufacturing firms, e.g. for medical technology or automotive spare parts. Up to 600 multi-product orders can be packed and dispatched per hour, almost 5,000 per shift.

At LogiMAT we simulated a process in which orders come directly from the WMS. Scanning order barcodes, the X5 provided the appropriately fitting box - upright, bottom-sealed and pack-ready.
